Delivery Policy

SpoonWell prepares and delivers freshly cooked meals to your door on the day they're made. This policy explains how delivery works. Delivery is available within India only, in our published service areas in Hyderabad, Telangana.

1. Delivery areas

We currently deliver across Hyderabad's IT corridor β€” Gachibowli, Madhapur, Kondapur, HITEC City, Financial District, and Manikonda β€” and are expanding. If you're nearby but outside these zones, contact us and we'll try to accommodate you. We do not deliver outside our serviceable areas; if your pincode isn't covered, your order cannot be fulfilled and any amount paid will be refunded.

2. Delivery timings

  • Lunch: delivered between approximately 12:30–1:30 PM.
  • Dinner: delivered between approximately 7:30–8:30 PM.

Meals are delivered Monday to Saturday (and other days as published for your plan). Times are estimates and may vary with traffic, weather, and order volume.

3. Cut-off times (to skip or pause)

  • Lunch: by 9:30 PM the previous night.
  • Dinner: by 12:00 PM the same day.

Changes after the cut-off apply from the next eligible delivery, as that meal is already being prepared.

4. Delivery charges

Delivery is free on all subscription plans within our service areas. All prices shown are in Indian Rupees (β‚Ή) and are inclusive of delivery, unless stated otherwise.

5. Receiving your delivery

Please ensure someone is available to receive the meal at the saved delivery address during the delivery window, and that your contact number is reachable. Keeping your address and map pin accurate helps our delivery partner reach you on time. You can switch your delivery address (from your saved addresses) before the cut-off.

6. Missed, failed, or undeliverable deliveries

If we're unable to deliver because the address is incorrect or incomplete, the recipient is unavailable, or you can't be reached, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you and wait briefly. As the food is freshly prepared and perishable, it cannot be remade or re-attempted for that slot, and such a meal is treated as delivered (non-refundable). Please contact us promptly and we'll help with the next delivery.

7. Delays & force majeure

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed or not possible due to events beyond our reasonable control β€” heavy rain or weather, traffic, road closures, strikes, power or internet outages, supply shortages, or public-health emergencies. In such cases we'll notify you where possible, and any meal we're unable to deliver will be credited or refunded.

8. Packaging

Meals are packed in food-safe, leak-resistant, tamper-evident containers and are intended to be eaten on the day of delivery. Please refrigerate promptly if not eating immediately, and reheat thoroughly before eating.
