Veg meals are ₹99–₹115 and non-veg ₹129–₹145 per meal, with free delivery. The exact per-meal price depends on the plan and how many days a week you pick (more days = lesser price per meal, so, monthly plan is beneficial). The lowest rate (Veg ₹99 / Non-Veg ₹129) is the 7-day monthly plan. See the Plans page for full pricing.

Yes! On weekly and monthly plans you can pause your subscription or skip individual meals through your dashboard, just before the cut-off (7 AM the same morning for lunch, 2 PM the same day for dinner). Skipped meals roll over, so you never lose money.

Every meal includes rice (or jeera rice), 2 chapatis, a main curry or dal and vegetable (which changes daily), a fresh salad and curd. Check the full weekly menu.

Absolutely. From your account dashboard you can add buttermilk, papad, boiled eggs, omelette, fruit bowls, extra paneer or chicken and more — to a single day or your whole plan — anytime before that day's cut-off. See all add-ons.

Pay securely via UPI, card or net-banking for your chosen plan. There's no long-term lock-in — start with a 3-day trial, and renew weekly or monthly only if you love it.

If a meal doesn't meet our standards, tell us the same day and we'll refund or replace it. Any meals you skip or pause aren't lost, they roll over and extend your plan by that many days at the end, no money is wasted. On delivery, if you're not available our rider waits a few minutes; but if we can't reach you at all, that meal is marked delivered and isn't refunded.

Every meal is cooked fresh the same day in small batches — never frozen, never reheated leftovers. SpoonWell is FSSAI registered (Lic. No. 23626028003977), our kitchens follow hygiene SOPs, and meals are sealed in tamper-evident, food-safe packaging.
